Refund policy

At Neodeity, we strive to ensure every order meets our quality standards. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before placing an order.

 

Returns & Replacements

We offer replacements or refunds only in the following situations:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Misprinted or defective item
  • Item lost during transit

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images of the product
  • Images of the packaging
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

Claims without an unboxing video may not qualify for replacement or refund if the issue cannot be verified.

 

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Preference-based returns
  • Minor color variations
  • Minor print placement variations
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout
  • Delivery delays caused by courier operations or unforeseen circumstances

Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings and production processes.

 

Size & Fit Disclaimer

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

A measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches is considered standard and will not be treated as a defect.

 

Failed Deliveries / Return to Origin (RTO)

Orders may be returned due to:

  • Customer unavailable during delivery
  • Incorrect address
  • Customer refusing delivery
  • Customer unreachable
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • In such cases, additional re-shipping charges may apply.

 

Damaged Packages

If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please mention it to the courier partner while accepting the package and record a proper unboxing video immediately.

 

Lost in Transit

If a shipment is confirmed lost during transit, we will provide either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

depending on the situation.

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
